ABS is a product of copolymerization of acrylonitrile, butadiene and styrene, i.e. a modification of high-impact polystyrene. ABS plastic sheets are laminated by single- or multilayer extrusion of the highest strength.

Polypropylene sheet is obtained by extrusion of polypropylene. It shows practically no hygroscopic properties, has perfect chemical resistance to most aggressive environments. It is used in concentrated and weak organic and inorganic acids. Ideal non-conductor.

High-impact polystyrene

Polystyrene – plastic, in outward appearance identical to transparent Perspex. The most popular are colourless and tinted sheets.


In the unmodified state polystyrene is a fragile material. High-impact polystyrene is obtained from initial raw material by introducing special additives to it allowing to increase impact resistance and plasticity (according to international classification HIPS). Polystyrene sheets are obtained by extrusion method.


High-impact polystyrene is obtained with the help of extrusion apparatus. Modified additives are introduced into general purpose polystyrene. They increase its hardness and viscosity. Transparence is changing but the material itself becomes much stronger. This plastic is cold resistant that is why the scope of its application is so diverse – from construction to toy production. The most asked-for are the sheets of high-impact polystyrene 3-4 mm thick with one-sided embossing which are called “shagreen”. They are of several kinds and textures.


Polystyrene is easy in processing. Easy to glue together and paint. It has a good cohesion with vinyl films and is ease at molding / forming.

Sheets may have either double-sided matt surface or one-sided (external) glossy surface. The regular assortment includes: white and coloured polestyrene (red, yellow, light-green, dark-green, light-blue, dark-blue, grey, black) with glossy one-sided surface.
