LPPE is a kind of polymers belonging to the class of polyolefins. Polyolefins make up over 60% of all 150 mln tons of polymers produced in the world. The complex of properties for polyolefins such as resistance to ultraviolet, oxydants, ruptures and shrinkage when heating and the following ruptures changes greatly depending on the degree of molecular godet-stretching in the process of obtaining the polymeric materials and products. Provided that all the molecules are built up along the load application the strength of polyethylene will be 20 times higher than the strength of alloyed steel. LPPE sheet is an excellent moisture barrier. Fat- and oil-resistant.
At room temperature polyethylene is rather soft and flexible material. It maintains its flexibility in cold conditions which allows using it in frozen food packaging. However at higher temperatures such as 100°С it becomes too soft for some applications. LPPE has higher fragility and softening temperature than HPPE but still not suitable for hot-fill containers.
Polyethylene sheet under normal conditions doesn’t emit toxic substances into the environment and has no harmful effect on a human body during direct contact. Work with it doesn’t require any safety precautions.

Automobile industry – wing guards, car petrol tanks, machine building, edging for hockey pitch sides; chemical production – finishing of airshafts and galvanic containers; design – decorative ponds, backyard swimming pools; food industry – table tops, boards, containers for meat and fish products transporting (boxes, crates). In particular it is ideal for different types of molding (for example, matrices production for sidewalk and facade tiles, trays, wing guards and troughs), bottom layers/ padding, bottoms for bags, backpacks, briefcases and cap-peaks as well as for manufacturing of geogrids, geomembranes, cladding panels, roof and floor coverings, all kinds of covers, pallets, supports, pipes, fittings, packaging, containers and vessels of various sizes including disposable tablewear, coverings, technical articles and toys.
